E-Con LITE is one of the significant products of E-Con Industries which is nothing but Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks. E-Con LITE blocks are designed to be the best in the market by adapting numerous R&D in order to achieve highest strength as per the Beuro of Indian Standards (BIS) and ISI standards. E-Con LITE blocks are also certified and approved by the green building council of India as they are completely eco friendly.
Less joints result in lesser quantity of mortar required, lesser labour and lesser timeEach E-Con LITE blocks are 2’ in length which results in lesser number of joints.
Inner wall surfaces made of E-Con LITE blocks can be finished directly using wall putty without Plastering and exterior wall surfaces are plastered for a thickness of about 8 – 12mm, resulting in no plastering mortar for inner wall surfaces and very less plastering mortar for exterior surface which saves cost of plastering mortar, plastering labor and time. By adapting E-Con LITE blocks in construction, the builder can save around 30* to 35*% of the overall construction cost.

Usage of Fly ash in making of E-Con Interlock (Interlocking Blocks) helps in efficient recycling of Fly ash and hence making it Eco friendly. Water consumption is also less compared to the conventional techniques as it requires much less mortar /slurry.
E-Con Interlock (Interlocking Blocks) can be made with high compressive strength for Load-bearing structures. The strength and density can be customized according to the varied fly ash suiting the technical specification for framed / multi-storied construction.
It is easier to recover the E-Con Interlock (Interlocking Blocks) without any damage if the building has to be dismantled and the same dismantled blocks can be used in the other project.
E-Con Interlock (Interlocking Blocks) are dry-stacked masonry is so easy to learn and implement that even unskilled labors can be trained to do masonry with minimal efforts.
Wall Putty can be applied to the interior as well as exterior walls, dry or wet walls, old or new walls for a fault-free surface.
The paint is glued perfectly to the wall with the help of a wall putty colour
You can use wall putty to increase the lifespan of your expensive paint.
It does not flake easily to damage your wall.
It effectively waterproofs the wall and retains moisture.
Wall putty paint gives a smoother finish to the wall.
An expert block layer team can lay up to 800 blocks per day which are equivalent to laying 2400 standard stock bricks per day. Also, no post-construction work is required on wall masonry.
Interlocking technique enhances structural strength and requirement for mortar and plaster is reduced which translates into minimization of material cost.
The blocks are made with inorganic materials; hence they keep termites and pests away, avoiding damages and losses.
I. Savings on Steel and Concrete
AAC blocks provide up to 20% greater reinforcement compared to conventional clay bricks, because they are lighter and reduce the dead load on the structure. This reduces the need for steel reinforcement, which saves money and time on construction projects.
II. Low Mortar Consumption
When you use AAC blocks to construct buildings, the overall mortar usage is significantly lower than when using traditional clay bricks. This is because AAC blocks are bigger than traditional clay bricks, so there are fewer joints overall. Also, the use of mortar decreases by approximately 60%.
III. Reduced Plaster Consumption
AAC blocks are known to be accurate in size and shape, unlike traditional clay bricks. This accuracy results in lower plaster usage, as well as lower costs. As a result, a thin layer of plaster is sufficient to build a wall using AAC blocks. Additionally, plastering cost savings can be approximately 35-40%.
IV. Low Construction Time
AAC blocks are super simple to use and speed up construction projects, so you’ll save time and money. AAC blocks offer multiple times faster construction than conventional clay bricks because they are much bigger. You only need to lay one-third of the number of joints compared to clay bricks, which means your project will get done much more quickly and with far less work. Plus, AAC blocks are pre-cut in accurate dimensions and don’t require curing, so your project can be finished up to 30% faster.
V. Reduced Labor Cost
The construction process is a lengthy one, and one of the most important parts of it is labour working hours. If you’re looking for a way to speed up your work, AAC blocks are the perfect solution. Their large size means that they can be laid with one-third of the number of joints required by other blocks, and their accurate dimensions mean that they require no curing after laying. Overall, using AAC blocks instead of other options will save you 40% in time costs. You can use that extra time to focus on the details that make your project truly special!
VI. Low Transportation Cost
The lightweight structure of AAC blocks helps reduce transportation costs by a significant margin. This is because the product’s overall weight greatly determines the on-road costing and the AAC blocks being lighter than traditional clay bricks are much cheaper to transport, thereby saving the cost of transportation.
The AAC Blocks are 65% lighter than conventional bricks and blocks, which helps in reducing the dead load of the building, thereby allowing construction of taller buildings
The use of recycled industrial waste (fly ash), non-toxic ingredients, no emitting gases, and fewer energy consumptions makes the ACC Blocks eco-friendly and sustainable.
AAC blocks can be easily cut, drilled, nailed, milled and grooved to fit individual requirements.
Tiny air pores and thermal mass of blocks provide excellent thermal insulation, thus reducing heating and air conditioning costs of a building.
Construction of AAC Blocks reduces the construction time by 20%. As different sizes of blocks help reduce the number of joints in wall masonry. The lighter weight of the blocks makes it easier and faster to transport, place and construct the masonry.
Non-combustible and fire-resistant up to 1600° C which can withstand up to 6 hours of direct exposure.
As the AAC block is porous in nature, the sound absorption quality is superior. It offers sound attenuation of about 42 dB, blocking out all major sounds and disturbances which makes it ideal for schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, multi-family housing and other structures that require acoustic insulation.
Lightweight blocks reduce the mass of a structure, thus decreasing the impact of an earthquake on a building. Non-combustible nature provides an advantage against fires, which commonly accompany earthquakes.
